These persons are automatically barred from playing in the North American CTF IG League to ensure fair gameplay and as they have been caught cheating or have committed other offenses which can not allow them to play.

Just because a cheater might not be on this list does not mean he/she is allowed to participate, every participant will be evaluated, these are just known at the moment.
